"Best ferry service. Friendly staffs, tickets can used for one to and fro travel anytime in the summer. Also has standard parking of 10$/ night 0.3 m away from the dock also has shuttle service between parking and the dock."

"I can't compare this company to any of the others running the ferry to the island but I was satisfied with this trip. The crew was spot on and we unexpectedly got the morning ride (mighty Mac) that goes out under the bridge for an up close look. The schedule is pretty spot on and 15 minutes ahead will be plenty of time...at least it was for us"

"Super nice and friendly crew Highest prices and parking overnight is $25 Or park far away for $5 and use their shuttle but be aware you must buy the $5 ticket on the dock not where you park! And they didn’t advise us of that so we had to drive back and forth twice. I tried their competitor and not a huge difference in price but it took longer for the trip. And if the weather is nice you’ll enjoy it going slower. On the island. Breakfast options are kind of limited. And the food/ dining experience on the island needs lots of upgrades. For lunch and dinner I always go to the Yankees Rebel restaurant. After visiting 3 times, and trying so many places, it comes down to these two places for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Many people recommend the Chuck Wagon but I was never able to get in because the place is so small and always crowded, and their food options are too greasy for my taste. My family always stay at the Main Street Inn and Suites, you must call them or email them on their website to reserve but they are so nice!"

"Great place to visit for a quick weekend trip. So worth the 5 hr drive to mackinaw city. Parking was easy. People at sheplers were amazing. You can pretty much ask for any help and they will assist with any or your concerns."
