"I don't know how good they are with mufflers but they should stick to them as it is in they're name. When it comes to engines and diagnostics they are incompetent. Almost $700.00 and the car ran as bad or worse then when they got they're hands on it. When Nick the owner finally gave up and told me to take it someplace else he had a huge smile on his face knowing he already had my money due to him telling me he had test drove it twice and it was fine. My mistake there but he knew there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. I live almost 400 miles away (still in Michigan but downstate) but I come to Escanaba once a month. If my car ever breaks down there again I would rather catch it on fire rather then take it to Muffler Man of Escanaba. INCOMPETENT !"
