"Was very disappointed- the coffee I usually get was very bad. Had a weird crunch to it (when it wasn’t supposed to) ordered a wrap and they gave me an empty bag without telling me they were out. Had to order something else that ended up being so bad I couldn’t eat it. All in all spent $38 for very bad food and coffee… Also I’d normally order the spinach feta wrap but it was very bad from here. Weird aftertaste."
"Ordered a drink and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for my tall refresher in an empty store, had to remind them three times about my drink, then once it was out… it was made wrong. I’m not one to complain but it was blatant disrespect from the workers. I work in customer service & there’s no reason for the lack of service when there’s like 7 people behind the counter."
"I'm not usually a negative review kind of person but this was honestly the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. It was dirty, flies everywhere, and tables were sticky. The service was poor, not very friendly.. they seemed stressed. I'm guessing they are short staffed like everywhere else. They were also out of 90% of their food offerings. Seems like really poor management."
"Closed dining room while we were in the bathroom? Posted a paper sign on the door upside down in the middle of the afternoon. Drive thru still open but very slow. Coffee was fine eventually though."
