"Suffered a major car breakdown about 17 miles south of Iron Mountain, MI late on a Friday afternoon. Got a tow to a motel in Iron Mountain. Contacted Travis that evening. Next day he came to the hotel to assess. We rented a car to continue on to Copper Harbor while Travis arranged to have our car towed to his shop for the repairs. It was ready to pick up when we returned the rental. Totally reasonable price, quality workmanship. I'd give six stars if I could."
