"I was charged $265 for them to replace a $15 part. It took them 20 minutes to weld the new part in. Most shops would have charged about $100. I paid because we were pressed for time. They also charged us the 3% credit card processing fee which the merchant usually pays. Will never go back. No class, no integrity, no honor. No thanks."

"Called to get a gasket done on my girlfriends 07 Ford Explorer up by the manifold and I was told flat out "no thanks I don't want to touch it, I know what gasket your talking about" looks like I'll be looking around for someone who isn't to good to do some work when things can be a little bit of a hassle outside of the normmal. I'll never recommend or go to Scotty's again for anything."
