"Awful experience. My sister was throwing me my birthday/bridal party here. She asked in advance if she could bring her two year old daughter and if they had non toxic polish for her. No non toxic polish and they clearly didn't like having my niece there. We get there and are told we arrived late. Not the case. This was planned well in advance for 10am. Why she had us down for 9:30 is beyond me. Either way Vi was in no rush to help us... her paying customers. She was just yacking on the phone until I said, Is she going to get off the phone and help? My pedicure was awful... basically soaked my feet in water and painted my toenails. Didn't even ask me if I wanted the bottom of my feet scrubbed. I Asked for PINK and white French Mani and we used dip powder. It's definitely not pink... it's clear. They are already in need of a touch up less than a week later! There is clearly a large language barrier and on top of it they treated us, paying customers, a party of 4, as a huge inconvenience. My family and I won't be back!"
