Cost Cutters

"My experience sucked kind of bc I drove half an hour, in a rush but was 5 minutes late for my appointment, so the woman just standing at the desk told me when I got there that "they can't do anything for me bc they only book 20 minutes per appointment"...so I was pretty upset when she turned me away. She still has 15 minutes to cut my hair, which is all I probably needed!!! Just needed a trim. Ugh. So I booked at Fantastic Sam's for an hour later and found that I should've been going there instead cuz it's better."

"I absolutely love going to cost cutters especially for Jade. She has done absolutely fantastic cuts colors and styles on my hair! I have been going there for years and both Jade and Amy are fantastic hair stylists. Jade has fixed some of the worst cuts I got from other salons that I thought could never be fixed. Everyone there has a fantastic and welcoming attitude and is willing to do everything to the best of their abilities. They also will tell you if the service you are requesting is above their ability but will still make the style cute and a way they can do it."

"This should be NO STARS but Google won't let me post without a least choosing a star. I have gotten my hair cut twice at this location. The first time was by a lady named Jill. My hair was cut exactly the way I wanted it. Turns out Jill only floated to this location for the day. The second time I got me hair cut here it was by Jade. She hacked up my hair I told her not to cut the back I need it long for medical reason for winter, she cut it anyway. My head looks like she put a bowl on it and cut around the edges. My bangs are visible shorter then the side layers which are not really layers. The hair over my ear looked like I had side burns. I had to cut them myself to make them even. While cutting my hair she told me about even customer that had complained about the way she cut their hair putting all of the blame on the customer. I PUT THE BLAME ON JADE for not knowing her job. The woman that cut my husbands hair this time; Jill also did he's last time, wanted to leave the back and sides long like he was a woman after he had told her several time to cut it short. After he washed his hair again at home I could see from across the room his bangs came to a point and still came below his eyes. Why did we pay over $50 for both cuts when I could have done it better myself as a matter of fact I did during the pandemic!"
