"Destroyed my DmP 11s. I take care of my shoes but wanted to get the mesh cleaned because they had some dust in one of the panels. They were in good wearable condition before I dropped them off no separation soles still icy. Even the lady the at the front desk said she never seen older 11s with a clear sole still. When I got my shoes back the first thing I noticed form a distance was the the gold Jumpman was missing. Then I seen them up close....My shoes were starting to separate the soles were piss yellow, my shoestrings were frayed like they were scrubbed with a hard brush and they smell like mildew. She said that she wasn't the one that cleaned them it was her boss and she wasn't in. Tried to tell me that it was due to dry rott and the best she could do is offer me a free clean on my next pair. I feel as though they could've offered to have them restored at the bare minimum. Needless to say I won't be back"
