"The only benefit to shopping in store is that you get to try on items. Otherwise there is a wider variety, cheaper prices and better selections from online stores. And since you can no longer try on items in this store 3 years post Covid it makes since to just skip this place and shop online."

"Tonight I witnessed some of the most exemplary self control from an employee. An associate from a neighboring store (shoetime) came in and physically and verbally threatened a minor simply because her held order was put back on the floor when it was close to closing time. The manager this evening showed patience, poise, and extreme self control as the shoetime employee shouted derogatory words at the young girl. Job well done for remaining professional and not coming out of character. Honestly tonight’s staff as a whole did an excellent job."

"These ladies attitudes are trash! No customer service .. they don't greet you and They come to work looking any kind of way. This is supposed to be an experience for ladies who want to shop and have positive vibes. The store is Big with plenty to choose from however, the racks are so close together you can barely move. I do like that they have security there for any recklessness that may occur! And protection... will not shop there again"
