"Pretty sad your ready to spend at least 300.00 on new clothes for yourself because you lost weight etc.. The sale associations can’t stop talking between themselves to HELP any customers! Over 10 people walked out because the refused to help! As I am doing myself… ! You wonder why your sales are low and the store is barely making .. Totaly disappointing."
"Don’t get a Maurice’s credit card. They told me it was paid off with a $0 balance and now I’m getting emails saying I owe 2x the amount my credit card was even approved for. Makes no sense. And I’m extremely angry!"
"I am obsessed with Maurice’s and have no issues when going into the store. My order pick ups are always simple and quick. The ladies who work there are very courteous and helpful. One time I was trying to find earrings to go with a dress I bought somewhere else and she helped me for like an hour to figure out which ones I liked."
"I spend thousands of dollars a year at Maurice’s. It’s the only place I get clothes from. Today I entered this store and noticed 4 workers present. Nobody greeted me. I carried all of these clothes around and nobody asked me if I needed a dressing room. I had to ask if I could get a dressing room. Instead I just took pictures of these items one by one and bought them online. Be better! You were staffed so there was no excuse!"
"I visited the facility to pick up an item i ordered on line. I was kept updated via email regarding my order status which was great. My order was delivered on time to the pickup store and was exactly what i ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience."
