"Very rude individual, would not take any form of payment except for cash(Tax Evasion) brought in a pair of Redwing boots with speed hooks for faster lacing. One of the hooks was coming undone. I politely asked him if he would fix it, being that he had over an hour until closing time and he was sitting in his chair watching the news with nothing to do. He quickly replied he was busy and would take a day turnaround if I left my boots for a literal 10min fix. Not impressed to say the least."
