I was a tiny bit daunted by the task of swapping out my SUV's rear wiper, as I was unfamiliar with the bracket clamping mechanism, so I stood in the parking lot, examining it. No more than one minute passed, and the gentleman that checked out my purchases came outside, and not only showed me how to do it, but also did it for me, then swapped out my two front wipers (which I WAS familiar with and had planned to do myself once the back was done), THEN collected and disposed of my trash for me. Raises are well deserved!"
