"I would never patronize this place. Today I walked in, heard people speaking around the wall, and waited for someone to acknowledge or greet me because there is both an audible alert and a camera to apprise of an entrant. No one ever spoke or emerged so I walked back across the street to my car, where my mother asked me if I got a brochure. I immediately went back to retrieve a brochure, but the door was locked. After knocking several times, the older Asian woman that unlocked the door looked at me as if I was disturbing her, so I looked at my watch to see it was 4:50 pm and knew they were not closing. I said “I was just here, but you locking the door immediately after I walked out but not acknowledging me now or while I was here before tells me I probably shouldn’t return.” She snarkily retorted, “so why are you getting a brochure” and I replied, “for market research because I’m a secret shopper.” This was a terrible, unwelcoming experience and I would never consider receiving any type of non-allopathic/holistic health or spa service from this place. Potential patrons beware."
