"As a former student I will say some of these reviews are biased. I attended Aug 2020- July 2021 in the cosmetology program, that being said the beginning of my program was fully in person, then the second wave of covid happened & we were switched to a hybrid program right when I hit the floor (not the schools fault as it was a pandemic). Learning to cut hair from home wasn’t the easiest but when I was in school I was guided (when I asked for help). You get what you give in this school, if you chose to sit around all day they will let you but that is on you (reading these reviews, students saying they didn’t learn I can guarantee that was them.) If you are motivated and want to learn something & ask they will teach you. The class work was easy as the study guides were the exact questions so knowing what to expect wasn’t a challenge with test. I was EXTREMELY prepared for state board & passed both the written and practical the first time. As a cosmetology student, we weren’t always granted access to the esthetic room unfortunately unless we had a booked appointment, which is somewhat reasonable. Financial aid was extremely helpful, even with filling out the FAFSA form. I also never had issues with attendance such as unaccounted hours or my graduation date being messed up."

"From the looks of it one more bad review isn't going to matter to this salon. I have nothing bad to say about the services. Plenty to say about the manager. She runs this place like the mean girl's bathroom in a high school. Her salon friends are allowed to bully other employees and students. Listening to these poor girls in the parking lot after a classes. It amazes me they pay to get treated like garbage. She is confrontational and obviously socially defunct. Obviously, peaked in life and is compensating for her lack of ability by mistreating others. My advise, DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT WORK HERE! The Paul Mitchell salon will at least teach you skills and you won't get treated like garbage. She will probably make some lame response to make herself look good. Read the other reviews on this woman. Maybe they would have a better salon if it wasn't being ran by a troll."

"I had an amazing facial with Nicola . She made the whole experience extremely relaxing. She customize the facial specifically for my skin's needs. My skin looked refreshed and glowing after the facial. She pays close attention to detail and I highly recommend seeing her!"

"Booking my appointment was super easy and finding the place was no problem. I had Liana P. and she was so professional. She definitely knew what she was doing and it paid off. I have never gotten my hair colored before but now I don't ever want to stop! She did SUCH a great job, I have gotten so many compliments already. She did a natural balayage and I do not think it could have come out better. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Liana, I recommend her to anyone for any service. Thank you!"
