"We bought a new vehicle, and Greg was our salesman. He was great! Jill managed our paperwork, gave us some training, and ordered our floor mats with Ford $. Everyone we encountered was fantastic. We like to shop locally, and have had our vehicles serviced there since we relocated to the area. We can highly recommend Big Valley, and will definitely return for service. Update 7/27/2023: I had a window issue, and they solved it quickly (on the first appointment) and under warranty. Thank you, Big Valley!"

"Bottomed out the front on F350 on a muddy hunting trail. Not knowing if I had caused any damage I had Big Valley Ford check it out. They could have told me anything about needing a repair, but only found a broken radiator hose clamp. Minimal cost to repair and a huge relief to know no real damage done."

"Big Valley has the best parts department of any Ford dealership anywhere in da UP or northern Wisconsin. Anytime I need Ford parts I call George and he gets me the exact parts I need. I just bought a 2002 F250 that needs some parts and George was kind enough to send me a build sheet on the truck which has every spec I need to know. That's the kind of service that makes it worth whatever it costs. I'm all about fixing it right the first time and I know I can count on George at Big Valley to get me exactly what I need in the shortest time possible. I grew up riding in a 1984 Ford Escort Diesel that my old man bought there brand new so I've had a lifelong relationship with Big Valley in one way or another."
