"Let me preface this by saying that I've had hundreds of massages all over the world. This was by far THE worst "massage" I've ever had. The massage therapist spent more time slathering on ridiculous amounts of lotion than massaging. And his idea of a massage was to draw squiggly lines up my back, move my arms in circles, sit there doing nothing with one finger sitting somewhere on my body, or digging his finger tips into my muscles (because you know how good THAT feels...) even though I kept flinching. At the beginning of the session, I told him that I was there for my neck and shoulders. He did almost nothing there - he spent most of his time on my arms and legs (I think because he could sit while doing them - I heard him sitting down several times). And even though I asked for medium+ pressure, when he used his forearm, he would dig his elbow painfully. He was awkward, the finger jabbing, and heavy breathing added up to the worst experience. I almost walked out several times but stayed, waiting for the neck/shoulder massage after he turned me over. Nope. He did my legs and that's it. What a waste of money and time."
"Truly a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was very kind and professional and the appointment started right on time! I saw Ashley and highly recommend her! I was having some back and hip flexor pain and now feel so much better! My back is not in pain anymore! Ashley was able to work out any knots that I had and focus on the areas that I specified! The place is kept very clean, and the environment is calming and relaxing. I am very pleased with my experience and will be coming back!"
