"My experience: I ordered two shirts from them and asked if they could be done in two weeks. They told me that would not be a problem. Two days before I needed the shirts I had still not heard anything from the shop. I decided to go to their store to see what was going on. To my surprise they were done... but they were not what I ordered! They had ruined the original shirt I picked out and did not have another one so they used a shirt that was not my size nor was it the same quality. The images on both shirts were pixelated, crooked and three times smaller than what we had discussed. The text on the back of the shirts was not the right size or font either. When I told the owner that it was not what I ordered, she made excuses. I understand things happen but she could have called me and let me know what was going on or that she could not fulfill our agreement. I asked her for a refund and she told me she could re due the shirts but they wouldn't be ready when I needed them (which defeats the purpose). At this point I just wanted my money back. She refused to give me one telling me she could make me new ones and to keep the old ones until she had the new ones done. I told her I didn't want the shirts at all.. after arguing for another 10 minutes she finally agreed to refund me. By they way,it took almost three weeks to get my money back. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!"
