"Super friendly and accommodating staff! Person who scheduled me (didn’t get her name) is very friendly on the phone and in person, and Larisa did amazing with my hair! She helped me be brave and do a big chop and I’ve gotten so many compliments! After washing my hair, I noticed that the bangs were laying kind of funky (my natural hair just has a mind of it’s own), and the salon booked me in ASAP to fix this. Larisa graciously took extra time to make sure my bangs were even and would lay that way even with my natural texture. Even though she did amazing the first time too, I loved that she took accountability for my hair, and corrected the shape with a smile on her face the whole time. She made it very clear that it was okay for me to nitpick, as it’s my hair and it should look the way I want it to. This is extremely commendable.the importance of professionalism, especially in the context of correcting a mistake, often is overlooked. The professionalism was so continuous that they didn’t even charge me for the reshape. I am so happy I booked with Larisa and would recommend her to anyone. My hair looks phenomenal and I will definitely be back!"

"I went to Salon 401 for the first time yesterday and was SO impressed! I had previously had a rough haircut from another salon just months before my wedding. I was sad about my hair and felt insecure. Aaron got me in quickly and worked so hard to fix my hair! He did an amazing job and left me feeling confident and beautiful again! He listened to what I wanted and was really kind. He gave me a lot of really helpful tips on how to get my hair looking healthy before my wedding! The manager, Lexie, was also so kind and helpful! My initial appointment was just for a haircut, but after expressing that my balayage was really grown out and eventually needed a refresh... Aaron said he had time to fix that too and he was able to do it all in the same day! I could not be happier with how my hair turned out and have gotten so many compliments already!
