Salon Varga

"I usually don’t leave reviews, in this case, I felt the need to rate my experience at this salon for other’s. I recently booked new client haircut appointments for my two daughters with Jennifer (stylist) at Salon Varga. The experience was horrible! My 14 year old walked out crying due to the stylist chopping off 2 inches more then what was discussed and overall, the haircut given was terrible! My other daughter asked for long layers and she ended up with uneven choppy layers that need to be grown out now. I was charged $140 dollars for two haircuts that were the worst I’ve ever seen. When I got home, I emailed Jaye the owner of Salon Varga expressing my dissatisfaction in the services provided by her stylist Jennifer. I never received any reply to my email regarding my experience at her salon. If you do visit this Salon, save yourself the trouble and the money going somewhere else to fix the horrible service you receive by booking an appointment with Jennifer at this salon. I would also like to add, how disappointing it is, for a owner of a business to just ignore their customers dissatisfaction."
