"This store is awesome! Love the low prices cheaper Goodwill. LOVE that they give back to the community! WILL BE BACK!! My favorite thrift store EVER!!"
"Great place, They are second store that is well organized. Allot to look at from furniture, books, clothes, a little bit of everything. Prices are reasonable. They are worth going to see what they have. Wonderful staff, great customer service and friendly."
"I used to love shopping at this thrift store prior to the management change in early 2023. A recent example - I found two lamps on the floor with a price tag (4.98) on each lamp and brought them to check out. I was told the price was inaccurate and the items were actually 3x more than what the tag showed. This is one of my biggest thrifting pet peeves and is (in my opinion) unprofessional and greedy. I would have considered the higher price had the employee marked it at 14.98 originally. As an employee/owner, stick to what the tag says and cut your losses."
"Used to be my favorite thrift store; no longer will be buying or donating here. Back when this store was "Nu Way," it was my absolute favorite thrift store in Kalamazoo. It was filled with racks of vintage, quality clothing for cheap prices. As a student on a budget, it was worth the time to dig and find treasure. I would regularly donate my unwanted valuables as well because I felt that this was the best store to give back to the thrifting ecosystem. Since the rebrand, those racks are gone and the prices have shot up. You can literally see the old prices marked out and replaced with new prices 5-8x higher! The manager seems to rationalize the new prices by looking at comparison prices of brand new items online - which means that this is no longer a *thrift* store, it is a *resale* store. Personally, I won't be visiting this store or donating here in the future."
"I love going to see what I can find. I went in to find work pants and ended up finding cool stuff for everyone. I spent under $50 bucks and it was all worth it!! The childrens clothing is $1-$2 bucks piece and gently used. I've been coming here for years and I will continue to. The owners are super nice as well. Worth a trip!!"
