The woman who did the lip flip was knowledgeable, bubbly and sweet. I had many questions and she was happy to answer and give me advice. I love the results of the lip flip. Its made a huge difference when I smile and gave me some confidence back. It's been about 4 weeks since I got it done and it still looks good.
