"It's a fraud! They let me pay more the 100 Dollar for prototypes of a bucket hat. It was not made out of the fabric I asked for. Also the answering times are brutal. No customer service and taking to Ann is really exhausiting. I never received those hats. Never again."

"Would give them 0 stars if i could!!! I inquired about getting something made/tech pack service they provide via email. Took them over a week to reply, then they asked for sketches. I sent them and waited another 1.5 weeks. I reached out and CS said they didn't receive sketches...I resent and have been waiting about 2 weeks and haven't heard anything back. I read other bad reviews before reaching out and I guess they were right about these guys...Will take my business elsewhere..."
