I found it to be quite beneficial. If is amassing to see what was stuck hanging around in your colon. I felt lighter (lol), bowel movements were better & removal of toxins provided clearer thinking Going to go through with the 2nd and 3rd treatments (3 is standard) to see what other benefits I could receive."
