"Had a fantastic experience today. This store was exceptionally clean and well organized, clearly by the effort of employees. I was asked if I needed help, offered a basket when my hands were full, and offered some information on a product inquired about. My cashier, I sadly don't recall her name, was sweet as well. I found everything I needed (things were well stocked) and left with my favorite goodies!! Thank you Ulta Holland!!"

"Worst return experience of my entire life! This was a location to return two items I had bought offline and needed to return through a company called Happy Returns. I went to return and as I was there the cashier Lilly started scanning my things and then something went wrong somewhere in the two seconds we stood there literally. She got ahold of her manager by the name of Megan I believe and she had said she had messed up by scanning one item first and not the other? Then the manager said that I would need to contact the company Happy Returns to issue me a new return code and they weren’t able to help me at all. Because now my return item was not allowing them to return it. I asked if there was a way for the manager to call happy returns to explain the issue and she said no they don’t do that and was just extremely unhelpful when it was their fault my return was messed up. Horrible customer care. So after I informed them I would NEVER do a return there again I called happy returns in my vehicle while in the parking lot and spoke to surprisingly an extremely helpful employee with them I wish I knew her name :( but she was SO helpful I explained what happened and she had me go back into the store and hand the phone to the manager and helped the manager help me!! Before they got off the phone the happy returns employee told that she should have called not the customer.. (not to say I told you so but thank you happy returns for stating GOOD customer service) It was ridiculous honestly but I was SO happy I called at the end of the day because the people at Ulta are lazy and rude they don’t go the extra mile at all and I felt like I only asked for an inch. It was such a bad experience I will NEVER return. I’d bring my money literally anywhere else but this place! Just unbelievable."
