"Good afternoon. I am letting you know that I wasn't satisfied with my session yesterday. There were 3 things that I was unhappy with. The first was your requesting payment before the treatment, even though I had been there before. Second, I paid in advance for a 60 minute massage, and was only given 45 minutes, shorting me 15 minutes. I arrived promptly on time for my appointment, and it was only later when I was in the parking lot that I looked at my watch, and realized that I was dressed and out the door with a substantial amount of my appointment time left. Lastly, at the completion of the massage, I wasn't offered a small bottle of water which is customary. I saw in another review where another client had recently been shorted 15 minutes. I thought he may have been mistaken, but yesterday, it also happened to me. With a good amount of available competition in Traverse City, I will not stop by you next time I am in town. I will also be sure not to recommend anyone to you."
