"I have been loyal to O'Reilly Auto now for 4 years because of the Military discount but more so because of the employees. It seems any location I patron is the same. If the employees are happy it must be a good organization. Will continue using my Negaunee location weekly at a minimum (:"

"I spend over 1000$/month on parts, this place has been giving me the wrong parts more than the correct ones. They also have ordered me the wrong brake calipers twice now, and then when I finally came down to the store and helped their worker order the correct ones, they sent them back a day before I got back to town… they assured me they would hold them for 7 days per their policy…. Save yourself the hassle and use a different location."

"Up on vacation and ran into issues with our brakes. Was in need of a few certain parts needing to be delivered to us as we couldn’t drive our vehicle, Jason came to our rescue! "Very in-impressed with this location. I drove 2 hours to get there only to be treated like a nuisance. Price was considerably higher than every other competitor (competitors about $200-$250 there $335) but I guess at least they had it, otherwise I would have had to wait a day to get it locally. I suppose that’s the price I have to pay to not have downtime. My business will not spend another dollar at this location."
