"The owner of this establishment should be put out of business. She doesn’t have good reviews on this platform and I can sure see why. She has refused to give me my money back for an appointment I made in May. When I purchased the package I was told they would honor it in February of 2024. The owner had a complete meltdown in telling me it just wasn’t possible. When I begged to differ, after all, she’s the owner, she said she’d give it back but I had to pick it up. I have no transportation and couldn’t so I had someone go for me, she refused to give it to them. This owner was so rude to me, she hung up on me over 5 times, wouldn’t pick up the phone, I’m at my wits end. The only thing that got her attention was when I said I’d leave a review for her, and she got beyond mad, threw out the f-bomb at me a few times and I was done. No money no service."

"The BEST, hands down! Stacey and Taylor put so much time into making sure your tanning session is the BEST you have ever had. They care and take time with every one of their clients! Both of them are highly educated when it comes to tanning!!"

"Pros: very clean, nicest beds I’ve seen in town, good variety of products and services. Cons: hours are not always accurate, walk-in tanning was hard to come by in the evening, customer service could have been better. I was very impressed with the interior of this place. By far the most selection and nicest beds I’ve used in town. When signing up, I was not told that we should make appointments to tan and bought the unlimited package so I could pop in whenever. We were told later that we could make appointments, but that they were not necessary. Popped in around 5:30 this evening to find that they were booked solid with appointments until 7pm. The store closed 30-45 minutes early three times when I tried to stop by after work. Came in one evening to tan and stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes in silence, debating if I should leave or not as the owner told my friend to sign in and didn’t say a work to me or tell us there would be a wait. When we asked about the shop closing early, there were no apologies, explanations, or really any acknowledgment of it. Luckily I had messaged their Facebook one of the times so we had proof because she didn’t seem to believe us. I spent around $100 on lotion and the tanning package to maybe tan 4x in about month. Would not recommend if you have a variable schedule and can’t make appointments in the evenings. If you are able to make appointments, I bet it would be worth it. All in all, not the place for me for the price."
