"They take their name seriously! Beware of cuts! My husband came in for a haircut, and the hair dresser ended up cutting/slicing across his neck with her clippers. As soon as the clippers touched him initially, he winced and said there was something really sharp digging into his neck. The hair dresser looked at the clippers and shrugged, then continued to make her way across until he leaned forward and said it was too painful to continue. She then told him she had dropped the clippers earlier and they may be broken. At the end of the haircut, his neck was bright red and speckled with blood. She apologized for cutting him so badly once he saw the damage in the mirror. We were still charged full price. This morning, his neck is scabbed and red. There seemed to be a competent hair dresser working a few chairs over, but we still won't be returning to the salon simply because of the way they handled the situation."
