I went home just to get a call 4 hours later from workbox asking what happened because SHE SAID I WALKED OUT AND QUIT. Honestly doubt they’ll make it as a company. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I love my job as long as you are willing to put in the hard work and time they treat you right. I got hired in less then 3 months as a tempt. Apparently those that worked here before don't know how to approach any kind of job with the right kind of dedication. Or even mindset to handle this kinda work. I make boots for the military I try my best no matter what I do I'm serving my country. I take the time to appreciate what I do."

"Worked here for a while now. It's a good job and good people. Jason Johnson is a blast to work for as long as u are as crazy as he is. But the bad part is you will never move up in this company. There are people on my line that have worked here for 15-20 years and they make 11 dollars an hour. It's a paycheck not a very good one but it payes the bills. Good starter job for factory work but I would recommend going over other options before you jump right in here."

"Horrible place to work. Horrible people to work with. The only good persons is Sally and Jay Johnson, both supervisors. The people are mean there. Brenda Carter and Brenda Bowens are really mean and rude supervisors and the line leader Carrie in Oxford is super rude obnoxious, lazy and smokes weed on her lunch breaks despite the rules against weed smoking there. Everyone is banging each other there. It's like a hillbilly reunion, a sweat shop all in one. Bosses banging coworkers. Super gross. Not to mention a temporary position, and they will fire you after or before the 3 months is up so they don't have to give you a pay raise. Don't come forth about anything there or you will be fired. They choose favorites and newbys aren't one of them. They treat temps different than hireins and hireins have been there for years with no wage increases. Horrible place to work and horrible quality shoes because the workers are not skilled. The owner does not care about the horrible treatment of workers there. This place blows. So much better off working at any place but here."
