"Red Wing stores are supposed to clean and oil Red Wing boots and shoes. I took my pair of boots to this store and was promptly informed that leather boots can’t be cleaned by the guy in the store. That is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard in my life. As a long time Red Wing customer, I was insulted by this store. I wouldn’t recommend going to this store for any reason."

"Little confusing at first because they're moving a couple of doors down but they were incredible. The woman who helped me obviously loved her job and was very knowledgeable about not just what boot was right for me, but she also knew where all of the different materials came from and how they were made. They also provide a few free services with your boots like free polishing, stitching, and stretching."

"Ordered up another new pair of boots. Decided to try a different style boot, the staff is very knowledgeable about their products, and very helpful. Red wing boots have always been a great boot. And I always get 2-3 good years out of a pair of boots. I'm a diesel mechanic so my boots definitely get good hard use out of them. I've tried other boots and nothing compares. Will always come back here."
