"My hair is so short I feel like a man. Be extremely watchful when they cut so see how much they're cutting off. I wear glasses and kept them off. I shoukd have kept them on! I have never complained about a cut in my life, but had to this time. It will take me a very long time to grow this cut out. Allison had zero remorse and didn't offer my money back. I will never go there again. So disappointed that I look like this for the holidays."

"Its always been heard to find a salon that works with with your style. I always have my daughter's be the first to get their hair done. This helps me for me to see if maybe well have a family beautician. I'm extremely impressed how understanding, and professional this company is. I do feel that the experience my daughter received was above and beyond the service offered. I gave a 4 star because the styling process for me was partially done. Just the front and top section of the hair. I have thick hair and every section needs attention. Plus I was never offered to view the back of my hair. I had to go home and style my entire head. Luckily it didn't look so bad but overall the back was cut much more than I had shown in the photo at the consultation. I managed to use other product to make it lay a litter better."
