"I came in here yesterday looking for "On cloudnova" shoes. (Hint: they dont have them in store and they're very hard to find with Genesee Valley being closed.) So anyway, I approached two staff members who were both hard at work yet pleasantly chatting with one another. They both immediately smiled at me and greeted me and when the one staff member started answering my questions that they didn't have the shoe in store she began helping me as to how i could order them, looking things up for me online. Excellent customer service. 5/5. Also, they did seem to have a large selection of very fairly priced name brands!"
