"Do not ever go to the flint location. We were told when wording suits they would be ready 4 days before the wedding. We called they told us they would be ready a week before. Groomsmen shows up and weird not there. They are told won’t be there till Thursday two days before the wedding. So far every suit we’ve gotten doesn’t fit anyone. Then when asked if it doesn’t fit then what… I was told it can be ordered express delivery and get here Saturday morning… the day of the wedding. So my grooms men would have to drive two hours back to get a suit they messed up measurements on and be late for the wedding… if you want things done right don’t ever go to men’s warehouse especially the flint location"

"Visited for the first time yesterday (08/04/23). I had a fitting that I needed done (for a rental) and I needed to be added to a wedding group in another State. They were very professional with everything. They were on top of all my needs and concerns, and took great care of me. They know what they are doing. and I highly recommend. However, humans work there. So, treat the experience as a collaborative endeavor. Be mentally present when participating in the process. Check, and double check the final order, to make sure exactly what you want/desire is what is written down in your order. This is not a knock on them in any way, just that it is much better to catch mistakes before you leave the store. That would mean you paying attention to details and what is being written down on your hehalf. Overall, a great experience! The staff is very well trained, attentive, professional (as i said before), knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with in a retail environment. Need a suit or Tuxedo, they got you! I will shop their again."

"Men are never good with change, loss or shopping. Add them being a farmer and all that stuff is amplified by 100. When I found myself having to help my farmer find new dress clothes and deal with the loss of a family member I wasn’t expecting much. After multiple failed attempts at other stores I pulled him to one last store for the evening which was Men’s Warehouse in Flint. What we didn’t know was we were walking into a store that would forever change us and walk away with new friends. Andre and Jordan were absolutely amazing! I watched a man that hates shopping and anything out of his comfort zone laughing, smiling and asking to try several things. All I can say as watching all this was I was seeing a person truly embracing life’s changes and people being placed into your life at the right time. Needless to say we walked out with far more than dress clothes but on better out look on life thanks to Andre and Jordan. ~Quote of the night, If Andre could dress me I’d wear dress clothes more often~"

"Went in today for a simple dress shirt and tie. I knew the color scheme already and a sales associate broke off a conversation to come help me. He promptly measured my neck and arm length and took me to the section with the color of shirts I was looking for. After looking through a couple docent options we found one in the right shade in the perfect length. Afterward he took me to the ties and meticulously looked through them with me matching each against the shirt I was about to purchase. I ended up getting everything I wanted with focused attention through the entire process. I did expect more options from the size of the showroom but my service was good."
