"I just had a horrible experience with the owner of this store . I had been promised by his staff about a week ago to have some appraisals done on some jewelry by a certain time frame. When I then called back today, the owner completely contradicted his employees and said it would be at least a week longer than originally promised. There was no apology, and when I suggested that he educate his employees about the time commitments that they make, he told me to go somewhere else, and abruptly hung up on me. If that’s the kind of customer service provided by the owner, I certainly would discourage anyone from going there. What a shame, because up until now I’ve had nothing but good experiences from them."
