"I’ve been a returning customer over the years since they were at the old location on Garfield. I’ve tried leaving a voicemail (the call goes straight to voicemail), texting and emailing (since their doors remain locked and they don’t accept walk-ins) to inquire about an appt for a consultation and no follow-up has been made whatsoever on their part. It really doesn’t take that much effort to circle back with someone who is actually looking to give you business. Very disappointing."
