"I had 2 tattoos before I met Joey, since then I've had many tattoos done by him as well as my very first 2 redone by him. When you find someone who does GREAT work you stick with that person! Like the some of the other comments state he is an acceptable talent and even better dude. I currently drive an hour and a half just to get work done.
