Or did we need to be there to assist you and help you with your job too! Step up to the plate and take responsibility for your actions which are less than poor....she had chemical burns around her forehead and behind her ears....that is not from water....it was from your neglect of your clients"
"Unfortunately, my sweet 88 year old mother saw the owner, Joan. As she was doing her perm, my mom was soaked, handled roughly, and worse of all? Burnt several places around her face & neck while under a too hot hair dryer for too long!! I'm appalled at her lack of professionalism & compassion! When I called to speak to her, she made excuses for each thing I mentioned. NO ONE we know will ever come to this shop!"
