"I was really sad to learn that Kass is very unprofessional & lies. I was able to find out that he lures people on Instagram by asking to tag as many people as you know on his posts for a chance to win a free tattoo. Come to find out that he says that on every one of his posts & there is no contest and no free tattoo was given to anyone as a prize. He lacks integrity & when proof was shown that he scams people online, he panicked and deleted the proof. I was really looking forward to going here until I found out about the scams/lies and lack of integrity. Unfortunately, this is how young business owners always dig themselves in a hole. :/ I don’t suggest to support business owners with this mindset of not caring about his customers in the slightest."

"Very unprofessional. Was on speakerphone for 15 minutes during our consult just chatting about his day. Was not able to draw up an original tattoo for me, just wanted to copy the exact photo's I had shown him from pinterest and said "No one does custom drawings anymore". If you would like a tracing of a tattoo then he is the person to go, but he will not draw up an original design for you. Did not end up getting a tattoo from him, left after 30 minutes."

"I went with Kass July 2022 and he understood exactly what I wanted. When my tattoo healed and I noticed the line work was thicker in certain places. So I reached out and he told me to book a touch up. When the time came for the appointment he canceled on me and asked what was wrong with the tattoo. I explained and he didn’t say much about it. I asked to reschedule but he never did so after over a month of trying to reach out and work with him trying to find a good date/time I asked for my deposit back. It still took him days to send it back. Bad communication skills, unprofessional with confrontational situations and upset because my tattoo is so meaningful to me."

"Kass did GREAT work. But i have never worked with a more unprofessional artist. He was screaming at the tv at the soccer game, and actively making bets on the phone. We didn’t start tattooing until 45 minutes into our appt. While in the middle of my tattoo he answered the phone with his bet guy. He also didn’t know that we were coming, let alone 2 of us. We had booked with him via Instagram and sent him ideas for what we wanted, didnt know the prices we were quoted, apparently he has someone else reading his DMs. This experience was very rough, and at the end of it he asked us for a TIP. Thankfully our tattoos turned out amazing."

"I booked my appointment with Kass for 2 small tattoos one of which was a single penned letter. The other was also a signature from a greeting card. One of the letters didn’t heal correctly and some of the letter isn’t visible. I contacted Kass Several times to try to get a touch up. He has his read receipts on so you can tell when he has read your message however you can read messages from your lock screen without actually “reading it”. “Sorry I haven’t been checking my messages”. Once I called Him he was willing to schedule an appointment. Because of his shotty communication I decided to text him to confirm my appointment when he responded “sorry I have an appointment that booked out later in the day”. So not only is his work not great but his communication is terrible and then he will double book appointments. I overpaid for my tattoos and I tipped well. My advice… go somewhere else!!!!"
