"Very unprofessional, I had an appointment set and when I walked in they had no idea I was coming. Even after i confirmed the appointment and talked to the tech. Lady at the front desk was rude and clueless. Very inconvenient regarding the fact I had an event planned later in the day that i wanted to look presentable for."
