"Only business supporting the rat population in the empty mini mall. The property needs to be condemned and bulldozed but that's the city of Taylor's responsibility so it remains. Johnson Tattoo is an outstanding business which I would like to see remain. The rodent issue in the neighborhood is not due to their negligence. I've been fighting this issue down the street for years. I highly recommend this business and the people who run it. It's unfortunate that the area has so many vacant and unoccupied buildings. We live in this neighborhood with Johnson Tattoo and are happy to have them with us"
