"We went through the drive through to get a couple of blizzards. The small Blizzard costs $5.79! I do t think we will go back for a blizzard anytime soon. That was pretty expensive. And the person didn’t get our order correct. My husband ordered a medium blizzard but wound up with a small one. At least we were charged correctly. It was just kind of expensive."

"I order a chicken strip salad for them to disregard me and lesson to one of the other person in my group to change my order to a regular salad. Disregarding that I paid what I paid and for it they don't pay me back the difference!! Now I have to go to the bank this Friday to disregard my payment. To be refunded back to my account."

"Well this was my 1st visit at this location and it's my last!! Went into the drive thru, was the only one at the speaker, no one was in front of me. Place my order, went to the window took my money, and they said pull up for your order, waited a long time it seems, got my food, went to my office just 2 mins away, the burger was ice cold, and the blizzard I got was all watery. Not thick at all, I literary drank it like water. Spent $5.69 for a small blizzard. What a waste and a joke. If I'm the owner I would be irritated. Won't go back now because of the 3 strikes your out!! Excessive wait, cold hamburger and water down shake!! Come on already! See pics. It was cool out, 74 degrees. So it wasn't an outside temp issue either."

"If you hire 15 year olds, you need to be prepared to train them to have a job. GM is in way over her head and isn't running the store well. Always out of items and employees aren't trained. Find a local place or, at least, avoid this DQ and the one on 933. My kid was hired, worked 3 part shifts where he got cut early, was cut at least 10 times before going in and worked 1 shift. No training and they didn't respond to a message about him not being paid. No notice that he was let go. What a sad operation! Ms. V, hang it up or start doing right by your people and your customers."
