"I have been going to Val for at least a decade after I had to have an incredibly bad tattoo fixed because I decided a scratcher was a good person to get a tattoo from (it definitely wasn't). She is an extremely talented tattooist who's professionalism is impeccable. She's careful, attentive, will talk to you about your tattoo and will help you so you feel at ease and are happy with the piece you've chosen. The shop is clean and friendly with great items created by Val for sale. Other tattoo shops many times feel like dark dungeons but Vals gives you a welcoming feeling. I will only have Val do my tattoos because I know they will be extremely what I wanted and we discussed. I would like to add to remind people that some people will never be satisfied no matter what a business/other/employee will do for them. If you've worked the service industry you know exactly what I'm talking about. The one thing id like to add is with reviews (even mine) is to take them with a grain of salt. they can be very slanted, a person can have sour grapes, dislike the person for reasons that have nothing to do with the asset they do and even sometimes it can be from other artists trying to discredit the artist. Call the shop, talk to the artist, go see the work. Google does NOT screen reviews to see if the person has patronized the business. Make your own decisions before taking a stranger's review as gospel (including mine)"
