"I really did debate making a review but young girls need to stay safe out here.. Back in October 2023, I got an Awesome piece done by Jake. As an artist he is amazing. But after the tattoo appointment he became very sexual. And made me very uncomfortable to the point I started ignoring him. I am the type of person to give second chances so I texted him asking if he had any openings. Well he kept blowing up my phone while I was at work so I decided to ignore him and just find a new artist overall. Maybe 2 days ago he sent a text saying “ I would like to see you, if you don’t respond I’ll leave it be”. I responded asking if he had an opening for 2-3 weeks from now. After he started becoming very sexual again. Calling me beautiful. Etc. I blow it off and just make a appointment and plan on sending him a picture of my arm the next day because I had gotten out of work late.( I was planning on letting him free style)At 11:07 am, the next day I received a text stating he doesn’t trust that I will make it to the appointment because I had not sent a picture of my arm yet, and because I had previously ignored him. I woke up at 11:37 am, just confused and now angered. I’m not sure how to feel about the situation over all but I feel like this is the right thing to do. PLEASE STAY SAFE!! And to add he knows I am 19( he’s 40)."

"I have received 3 tattoos by Chad and I plan on coming back for more. One of them being a bigger piece that covered up some old gnarly scars of mine. I told him my idea and he knocked it out it out of the park. The shop itself is clean and friendly. It was easy to find. Booking was easy. They play some good tunes while they are working. Fun environment. I will definitely be pointing friends and anyone who asks in Outlaw’s direction."
