"Beware of the return policy... and poor customer service. Once they have your money they wont return anything back and customer service wont bother answering your calls or emails. opening hours are not kept. I will never again enter any shop of this company"

"When i arrived at the store, in the mall, the gate was pulled down and no one was visible. I waited almost 15 mins before leaving. Then i called about 10 mins later, to a man answering the fone. I said is the store open? He said it is now. I went back and told the man wat shoes i wanted and size. He jus looked at me. Another lady walked in and the man helped here immediately without saying anything to me. The man could have been more friendly and smiled, but no he didnt hardly even look in my direction. He seemed more interested in his female coworker who was walking around with a clip board. Not paying any attention to me while the man was waiting on the other lady. I couldnt even hear him speak til he told me my total price, and tell me to wait for the credit card reader to flip to the next screen. Really, jus terrible service. But i needed new work shoes. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes so i wont have to go back for a lil while. Hopefully those workers wont still be there."

"Customer service is lacking! We were not greeted by any employee and was actually followed by the big guy around the store. The only reason I can give 3 stars is because they were the only store in the mall that had shoes for my daughter. I definitely won't be back though. When shoppers enter a store and make eye contact with staff its courteous to welcome us or simply say hello. It's also nice to ask if we need help rather than stare or literally follow us in circles."

"I like the selection of merchandise. There is a lot of good stuff. The woman were very nice and helpful. Although there was one salesman who was aggressive in his approach. That being a personal fault not the store."

"I will not shop here again! I bought a shirt for my teenage son; he didn’t like it. I returned to the store the next day to return the shirt. Apparently once they have your money they’re not giving it back! I didn’t notice the receipt said no refunds; exchange or store credit only. The return policy should be posted! To find out AFTER my purchase is unacceptable!"
