"Zero... I made an appointment way in advance and the 'artist' cancelled for sickness. Then attempted to reschedule at her convenience with no regard for my work or the fact that I'd have to waste a personal day to cater to her. Refused to refund my deposit even though the cancellation was her fault. So I cancelled the whole thing, lost $50 for nothing, and am going to the far superior Sinful Skin here in Petoskey."
