"Took my daughters to get their ears pierced last week, my one year olds back to her earring is already out. I called and spoke with Management and she recommended to go and purchase plastic backs until I can switch out. We spent about 250$ there that day and our main concern was that we have earrings we won’t have to switch out. It was clear it wasn’t on properly because we’ve never had an issue with them “falling” off, she doesn’t even care that they are in there and never touches them, so that definitely isn’t the case. The staff was friendly when we were there but the way management just handled this situation and her reason was that she wasn’t there so she doesn’t know…"

"We reserved a slot for a birthday ear piercing online, which went very smoothly, got an email and text confirmation for the appointment, but when we showed up, the store was locked and no one was there. The store was dark and didn’t look like it was even going to be open. We tried calling and no one picked up. Maybe the store had a day off and the online scheduling platform didn’t know about it? We checked back at the store 1 hr after the originally scheduled appointment time and it was still closed! No idea what happened, but unfortunate falling through of birthday plans. Unreliable."
