"No return policy. While my kids and I put everything in the car, a plate accidentally broke. I picked up the pieces and brought it back in really quickly and asked for a new one. The supervisor rudely said “if you buy it!” The employee at the register actually PAID for a new plate, and I want to do something to thank her the next time I go in there. I could not believe this situation. Is this even allowed?! What’s the point of having a receipt?!"
