"Having been self-employed before, I wasn't going to leave a review and just keep to myself, but each time I look at my haircut, I get annoyed. This was my 2nd and last visit. If you have plenty of time to waste and don't care how your head looks, stop in. I made it clear in and out was important when I made the appointment. I had somewhere to be and was late after this. My haircut should take 10 minutes, not over 30. When the person cutting your hair is more interested in chatting with coworkers, while holding the clippers buzzing in your ear, then cutting hair, it takes 3x longer than it should. Being left sitting there in the chair while she answers the phone and gossips is just plain disrespectful. I said I didn't want my hair squared off. But since she was more interested in talking about people not keeping appointments, or food, or anything except what the client requested, she went at my hairline and it was too late. I wanted out of there so bad and will never be back."

"I'm kind of a tough cowboy from Montana and when visiting Michigan I stopped in for a cut and a shave. WOW! It was the most relaxed I've been in years. Worth the trip alone. The place was clean and the girls were fantastic. I'll never visit Michigan again without stopping by."

Always offer a refreshment and are just polite and relaxed no matter the situation. Excellent hair cut that gets recognized by my friends and family and co-workers. I enjoy the cut every time."

"Barber did not listen to directions about trimming my Sons hair that he did not want it short and she butchered it. Owner stepped in after we were leaving to find another barber. Owner said she could fix it but could not properly fix it. On our way now to another barber shop. Such a bad experience. Update: after going to another barber shop it is clear one side is still shorter than the other and my Son doesn’t even want a barber to touch his hair from the experience he just had."
