"Went in for a few items, was followed the whole time and not once asked if I needed help. Just stared at and followed, go to check out and the girl claims she can’t find my account. She asked me multiple times “are you sure you’ve been here before?” Even after scanning my app, she can’t find my account. I’m a diamond tier member and have a credit card with them! I continued with the check out, annoyed but not wanting to go to another location. The one star is for customer service who assured me my phone number was correct and that they would make sure my points are added to my account. Extremely rude staff."

"I've had mixed experiences at this locations. My most recent visit though was right before Christmas and while it wasn't busy, I had nobody approach me and ask if I needed help. Then when I went to pay at the register, the associate had no idea how the birthday rewards worked. I thought it was like Sephora where you got a free offer for your birthday month. I guess I was wrong, it's just a coupon, but she even fought with me on that."

"This Ulta is an embarrassment to the entire franchise. First of all HIRE some black people! Maybe they'll know to color match appropriately. I also had an unpleasant encounter with an extremely pale woman while checking out, she tried to give me a beat up already opened box of skincare for my annual "birthday gift" ( which was fully stocked) I asked her for a box that was sealed she insisted that all the products were the same and they'd all been nowhere but behind the register. I had ask this lady 3 times to give me a box that was sealed. I almost cussed her weird a$$ out because the back and forth was unnecessary, its unsafe to accept items with the seal broken. She ruined my experience completely. I got home and noticed my color indeed does not match so ill be returning everything and taking my coins over to Sephora because Ulta Allen Park employees clearly have a preference on customers. I'm done with Ulta."
