"We have purchased both a Rainbow play structure and a Springfree trampoline through Kids Gotta Play, spending over 7k. Now we need help with a replacement part on the trampoline and were advised by Amy to go through Springfree to order, which I did, and call back when the part came in to arrange installation. I left multiple messages with no return call. I even spoke to someone who must've accidentally answered the phone and she said Amy wasn't there that day but would give her the message. There is no regard for customer service or repeat business. Even a return call saying they are booked this year would be better than ignoring messages. So buyer beware, you are on your own if you need any follow up."

"A set that was quoted as 4-5 weeks was not installed for 8 weeks and this after several calls to push it along. I managed to get several calls looking for final payment only to remind them that it had not been installed yet. Upon install, the guys noticed the pole was defective and would need to be replaced. They said they would talk to the owner and get back to me. I had to call today to find out a replacement was being ordered and it would be a few weeks. We will be going past 10 weeks on this and I don’t feel like my business matters. I went with a local store over a box store like Dicks and even paid a few hundred more to support local michigan business but with a short summer and a birthday for my son that has come and gone, I’m regretting my decision. I could have had it in 4-5 weeks ago and been done. No effort has been made as a discount or throwing in a pad for my inconvenience. I own my own business and I know that I don’t treat my customers this way so I can’t give a good recommendation here. Initial sales contact was nice and a pleasant experience but support after the sale has been poor."
